“Poor service monthly payments would be up and down due to the ridiculous black box recordings, payments took early and then charged by my bank because of it, will not be using again”

“It hasn’t made me overly happy. I’m consistently trying to improve my driving score and it just doesn’t happen. Sometimes I feel like the expectations for driving are unrealistic. I drive safely and sensibly I just can’t help some situation when driving that cause immediate braking or harsher acceleration. However it is a good company to insure with and I like the driving dashboard and tips and hints on how to improve.”

“This insurance is good for new drivers and is also cheaper compared to others the downside is that you can’t spend 2wks without driving the car without having a cancellation warning”

“I appreciated that the monthly payment was reduced after the first three months, however I do believe I never received an amount for driving well after my review. I'm not so sure whether I will be staying with the company after the year ends.”

“I wouldn't say "acceptable". But a couple of steps above just how bad some things can be. Hassle: Little Service: also little It's a bit like talking to a rock But at least it's a rock that doesn't try to screw you over in any way that's not already on paper. At least not on purpose. Being handed off to other companies if an accident happens (that's not even your fault) is just bad form, and unprofessional. But at least they don't try to take everything and your pinkie toe for a glass of water.”
