“Good service , however at renewal time last year you automatically renew my policy,as it was my payment didn’t go through due to my card had been cloned so my card number had changed, rather than contact me you just didn’t re insure me .unaware to myself I drove around for a year with insurance.this could have had no end of problems ( loss of license, stolen car , accident etc ) no explanation given to me this year why this slipped through the net without contacting me , other than that good service”
