“Website is hard to use, takes a long time to get through the details. When you pay for and try to register your policy, the “enter your birthdate” part forces you to scroll back a month at a time, I was born in 1954, what a pain. Does anyone from the company actually try to use these websites after they put them up?”

“My monthly payment bounced once and I wasn't contacted for nearly two months until they threatened to cancel my insurance a week ago. I have been trying to get in contact with them for 2 months and have so far been unsuccessful. I also don't have an online payment option on my customer portal for some reason so my only option is to wait on hold and hope someone answers.
Cannot wait to be done with this company, I will not be using them again.”

“Unable to make my payment online. Website refuses to accept my/my fathers/my mothers card details. Gave them a call and after being on hold for 1 hour and 30+minutes, I finally get an answer! Low and behold they can't hear me!

Customer service there is none - if you actually need to talk to anybody and reasonably quickly dont use this company they are shockingly bad . Thank god mine was a general query and was not important --will never renew with this crowd”

The longest call time I was on hold was over an hour.

Do they even any longer exist.
Had my money and no customer service.
