I have been trying to talk to someone about changing my van insurance ,if I phone I’m put on hold sometimes for over half an hour ,I’ve tried six different phone numbers and all the same put on hold. I’ve emailed numerous times and still haven’t been given any proper answers. I hate to think what would happen if I was in an accident and needed to get in touch with you.
On the email site I keep getting messages saying technical problems so to phone customer services which as I’ve said us useless. I’m certainty thinking I won’t be using your company again if this is the way customers are treated.
I certainly won’t be recommending you to anyone.”

“We waited for a long time over the phone to renew our car policy, when someone answered, i was helping my husband to answer the questions of the female agent,(as we are not native english speakers) it was noisy in her background. She said she cant understand us and call again. I asked if we can renew our policy over the website, she said "yes just check maybe" not very helpful and accomodating. I wanted to ask if i can speak in behalf of my husband but i did'nt she was in so much in a hurry in her voice and insisted we call again.”
