“I don't know if this company still exists, the phone calls have been unanswered and the emails have been auto-replies that don't solve any problems at all. Looks like I'll have to find another company to renew my policy.”

“Have been trying to contact for 2 days. At all different times, each time i waited for 2 hours. no one answer the end. Do they even any longer exist? Why is no one responding or picking up calls.?????? Very frustrated”

“VERY long hold times on every telephone call I made. Each call ended with me having to go away and email yet more information - before having to get back on the phone and wait again to speak with a human. It took numerous attempts to insure my vehicle. Phone operators were polite but if they had told me EVERYTHING I needed to supply to them in the first call it would have saved a lot of my time. On the second call I even asked several times if this was the final piece of information they required and was assured it was .... alas that was not the case”
