“VERY long hold times on every telephone call I made. Each call ended with me having to go away and email yet more information - before having to get back on the phone and wait again to speak with a human. It took numerous attempts to insure my vehicle. Phone operators were polite but if they had told me EVERYTHING I needed to supply to them in the first call it would have saved a lot of my time. On the second call I even asked several times if this was the final piece of information they required and was assured it was .... alas that was not the case”
