Have been trying to contact for 3 days. At all different rime s and currently while type this complaint.
The longest call time I was on hold was over an hour.
Sent an email to customer services yesterday with all policy info and for a call request and nothing.
Do they even any longer exist.
Had my money and no customer service.
Why is no one responding or picking up calls.?????? Very frustrated
