My monthly payment bounced once and I wasn't contacted for nearly two months until they threatened to cancel my insurance a week ago. I have been trying to get in contact with them for 2 months and have so far been unsuccessful. I also don't have an online payment option on my customer portal for some reason so my only option is to wait on hold and hope someone answers.
Cannot wait to be done with this company, I will not be using them again.
