VERY long hold times on every telephone call I made. Each call ended with me having to go away and email yet more information - before having to get back on the phone and wait again to speak with a human. It took numerous attempts to insure my vehicle. Phone operators were polite but if they had told me EVERYTHING I needed to supply to them in the first call it would have saved a lot of my time. On the second call I even asked several times if this was the final piece of information they required and was assured it was .... alas that was not the case

say's there is a LIVE CHAT in the Reviews, nope incorrect. Tried three times of which the second call after 13 minutes did answer but weirdly I got cut off due to bad signal, strange that is was over a digital line call. Gave up waiting for an answer for 30 minutes on the third call. Was 15:00 on a Saturday when tried a third time!! closes at 16:00, thanks for the £20 phone bill waiting to get answered. Only wanted to find out if I could add my son to the policy.

Wouldn’t recommend, very high premiums. They also put my premium up after I advised them I’d had an accident (which was not my fault). Staff (someone called Ellie) are also pretty rude and abrubt.

Insurance is fine its just the terrible admin side of the operation. They tell me I cannot renew and have to take out a new policy as "the underwriters are closed" How they can do one and not the other is very odd . Then you have to send all the driver / insurance details again ... they send emails without relevent info like the account number and lacking the forms they claim are attached etc and then cannot reply to your email as you have not given your account number ... You ring them up and if you can get through the data held on your old policy cannot be used as you have a new account the one they told you to open as they are in a mess So if you have a spare three to four hours to sort out your insurance then they are ok

At the time you need to claim, ask questions, information etc...apparently they do not have enough workers to answer the calls as I spend more than 40min. hold on without the chance to speak with someone to help me. The use of email does not work for them either, more than three emails, and no replay.

When i completed the forms for insurence i specified my driving license is international and i have an amount to pay , after one week i got a call from them end they ask`d me about my driving license end i specified again thet is international they doubled my insurance . So i am not satisfied abot this problem .

I have nothing positive to say about this company. I will never use them again and will advise people to take business somewhere else.
