“I’ve spent 3 days trying to get hold of this company regarding a policy I took out on Friday ! As they have me down as not smoking ! Never asked . Not drinking never asked . Non home owner . Never asked ! Never answer any calls on either number ! I now Want to cancel my policy as terrible service and can’t get hold of anybody .. do not use this company !!!”

The receptionist came on after 10 minutes and asked if i wanted to be called back as wait times were quite long. Also had quick response to an email. Would recommend, price was good.
