Waited ages on phone to a droning music - in the end I gave up - The Music keeps stopping and you think here we go maybe a human voice - but nothing it just re sets itself ....
Customer service there is none - if you actually need to talk to anybody and reasonably quickly dont use this company they are shockingly bad . Thank god mine was a general query and was not important --will never renew with this crowd
