“I’ve spent 3 days trying to get hold of this company regarding a policy I took out on Friday ! As they have me down as not smoking ! Never asked . Not drinking never asked . Non home owner . Never asked ! Never answer any calls on either number ! I now Want to cancel my policy as terrible service and can’t get hold of anybody .. do not use this company !!!”

“Price was the cheapest and the process online was very simple indeed. No issues in setting up etc. Cannot comment reference service as have not had to use them yet.”

“I wanted to make a change to my policy… spent an hour on hold then gave up and emailed.. received email reply that it would take 72 hours to contact me! What on earth do you do if you’ve had an account! Disgusting I will not be renewing with them!”
