Absolutely furious with this company!! I cancelled my policy earlier this week because my car had a problem which unfortunately made it a write off. A SORN declaration has been in place since July 1st and I did inform the guy I spoke to about this. My policy is actually PAID IN FULL and yet they are trying to charge me a £75 cancellation fee! After looking at all the documentation that was sent last year on renewal, it states in "the key facts"; If You wish to terminate the Contract after this 14 day period, additional charges will apply.Please see the Terms and Conditions for more details. The terms and conditions are nowhere to be found in the 4 attachments sent, and their is definitely no reference ANYWHERE, that the cancellation fee is £75!! This is an EXTORTIONATE amount of money, especially when my policy is paid up anyway. If i had realised this, I would have left the policy to run its course! Times are hard enough in my household right now and money is precious and hard to come by. I REFUSE to pay this nonsense fee! AVOID these sharks!

Awful company. We cancelled a policy with 3 months to go, expecting a refund for those 3 months, instead we was charged £75 for cancelling the policy! On their " Important information " page there is no mention of this. I think this is very important to be honest, we would have been better off just letting the policy run out! Emailed complaints half a dozen times ( Reference : X233557V and subsequent email Client ref 6140956 ) , but no response. I have asked for a "Right of Access " which under the law all companies have to send all information they hold on their systems within 30 days. If they fail this ( which I suspect they will ) we will be reporting them for this as well as taking legal proceedings for the outstanding £75. I am sure one of the staff will leave a " sorry about this " glib reply, however if you are sorry, refund me the £75. Action not words please. Avoid this company!

Exceptionally unhelpful organisation. Website designed to frustrate. One gets the impression that anything one does on the site will make the company money. Quick to make updates where the company will gain, reluctant to update in the customer's interest. Will prefer a bullet to dealing with them again.

Having notified a change of registration. This was not applied!! When checking was told it would not be backdated. Was told I would receive a call back. Not happened!!

I sent in 4 different items as proof of my no claims discount including my current insurance policy none of these were accepted until i raised a complaint but in the meantime no no claims protection had been removed and apparently cannot be reinstated until renewal this is totally unacceptable!!!

Awful back end services. Spent 4 hours after cancellation of insurance without proper prior warning. Now reinstated. Should have to chase up someone else mistake.

My car insurance went up from £37 to £54 because my NCB wasn't in PDF format. This still hasn't been resolved!!

The electronic upload system for documents is a shambles. I uploaded my documents 3 times, called to confirm that they had been received yet still had threatening letters stating that as the documents hadn’t been received I was in danger of my insurance being invalid. Even worse, iGO4 increased my insurance premiums due to “missing documents”after I had been assured over the telephone that everything was in oreder. Very poor!

Very disappointed you won’t accept no claims bonus earned in another eu country and as such has pushed our premium up to a ridiculous price

Hi Igo4, noticed you transferred car Insurance Policy to some other provider without my consent, and by so doing you more than trebled my monthly premium installment payment. This is unacceptable, and will be cancelling my Direct Debit payments. This is not done!! Regard, Donald

Terrible and I’m going to cancel insurance. I got a quote online for roughly £50 a month and provided proof of no claims repeatedly and each time told it was not adequate proof, then called my previous insurers and was told what I was sending was correct. IGO4 then wrote to me saying as my proof of no claims was not good enough my insurance would then be £150 odd a month. No where near what I was quoted quoted in line.

iGO4 have deliberately coned me by saying that I've nor submitted photo evidence of the licences for named drivers, despite me having email confirmation. Terrible behaviour. Will not be using these again.

You added over £100 to my policy because you said I hadn't told you the truth about a previous non fault accident. You said the accident was my fault. You treated me as if I was a liar. I have now sent You a letter stating the previous accident was non fault...but I haven't had any response from you. I'm not happy about you charging me this extra fee for something I didn't do.
