“Rung to get an alternate renewal quote as received a cheaper one on Confused.com. After 45MINS of waiting to get through to someone, I conveyed my disgust of having to wait so long. I explained my purpose of calling at which point SHE PUT ME ON HOLD AGAIN!!!! THIS TIME FOR ANOTHER 1HR 5MINS!!!!!! THE most attrocious service and conduct having worked for multiple insurance companies/brokers myself.... Once I finally got through to someone, I then get told they cannot re-quote as they are a broker not an underwriter?!?!?!?! WHAT! I demand to speak to a Manager... Guess what, put on hold, AGAIN! Comes back, what a surprise... The Manager isn't available to speak to! Clearly lied about re-quote as he went on to get another price for me which was awful. I advised my occupation had changed resulting in a no quote from any insurer! Job Title: Human Resources Staff, Employer: Insurance Company. Advised to cancel my policy when it is due to renew... The only thing they seemed to be able to do quickly. That says a lot....”

“useless ever, .. after calling 7 times they have not done something simple which they should be doing any way.. .. and i am penalised for that from the finance company..Completely useless.. .. very dissappointed... and the best one was that the team leader from peterborough was too busy to talk ..”

“Really bad you can't believe what they did do me only to get £139 from. They don't answer your calls and don't reply to your emails. They cancel your policy and tell you to pay them money and also give you bad name aswell on your policy. Never go with them. Fraud company”
