“Brilliant - ask to speak to the man I dealt with personally -Home Protect 0330 660 1000 ask for Daniel - excellent price and service - saved over £900 a year. Ours is a non standard Grade II listed building and he took a great deal of time and research to find the best deal. Tried several other companies - either not interested,too expensive (up to £1300 a year !!) or promised call back and nothing happened. Fully recommend their service.”

“I had to call three times to try and buy a home insurance policy quoted to me from a comparison website. On the first time Policy handlers were busy and advised I would get a call back. I waited three days for the return call in which time my previous policy expired. On the second call I spent 40 minutes providing all the same details over again ("due to regulations") and gave payment details. Some weeks later I spotted the payment was never processed but no one from the firm bothered to call to tell me so again I was left without home insurance. On the third call I spent another 40 mins providing the same details again and finally I have home insurance. Trying to buy a policy from this company was a nightmare. They do not seem to be able to return or effectively handle calls for new business!”

“Seem to be a good, focused Home Insurance specialist. Cover appears to be of a high standard and good value. Documentation and actions required relating to paying monthly (via a finance arrangement) was somewhat unexpected and not the normal way of undertaking a Direct Debit style payment plan. But once I read and understood the process it wasn't difficult to do and it all seems to have gone OK.”
