“I've had insurance cover for several years with Home Protect. Thankfully, never needed to make a claim. My renewal this year required me to contact customer services because my payment card details had expired. I got through to an adviser quite quickly considering current circumstances, i.e. Cov-19 and updated the details. The cost was around the same as previous year. I can't give a higher rating as I've not had any other issues on which to judge them.”

“Conversation about our needs and details of what the policy can or cannot cover was extremely helpful. Person was very thorough and checked carefully, particularly important as we needed a policy to replace a previous one from another company which we had just found out did not provide the cover we thought! Price is reasonable too for a second home. Very happy.”
