Card had expired for auto renew. Changed card. Got sent emails telling me it's urgent, and texts and a letter. Sent 3 emails before someone replied that I was insured which took nearly a week with me wondering if I was insured. Not good

So easy. Get your reminded and quote. Call and double check to quote (often cheaper) and pay. All done, that easy with friendly and helpful staff

Buying a new house, slightly unusual and so had to phone to discuss rather than arranging on line. The phone call took 41 minutes (compares favourably with another company which was over 2 hours) but the operator was helpful and the price is completitive, I hope I won't find out how good the are at claims.

Happy with policy albeit with a small increase in cost of premium. Thankfully haven't needed to claim so cannot comment on that.

I spoke to Karen who set our account up and was very helpful. I actually managed to get through to her both times I had to call which I thought was brilliant. Very good service and a good choice by us I think!

Always offer a very competitive quote, for insuring a very old property they were by far the cheapest for like for like cover. They have never increased my premium for renewal by some crazy amount as other insurers seem to do who then subsequently knock the price down when you complain. Staff handling calls are knowledgeable and very helpful, deal with questions well and always do what they promise.

I wrote a review on Trust Pilot as the service received was helpful, staff did not rush me and assisted me to find the bespoke solutions I needed with my insurance. Would used again and would recommend.
