“Agent picked up from online query and sorted out my quote. Refreshing change to John Lewis minimal customer service when enquiring about a 30% price hike! Got the cover I needed swiftly dealt with day before renewal and made a great saving. I've been with LV before so know I'm in safe hands. Would have been 5* but there was an issue with understanding my Edinburgh accent - which in fairness to me isn't broad but I think the agent had a cold so maybe not hearing as well.”

“My experience of gaining another policy through Home protect was yet again a very positive one. “Had to purchase Unoccupied House Insurance following my Dad's permanent move into a nursing home. Having got some astronomical quotes from recommended insurers I went to Homeprotect and insured for under £300 instead of £1600! I found website easy to navigate and it was very clear that Unoccupied Insurance is limited to just FLEEA.”
