“I needed cover quickly and Homeprotect delivered. I was took through all stages of purchasing the cover expertly in a friendly and inclusive manner and everything pertinent explained in non jargonistic language. All in all a great service.”

“I've been with Home Protect for nearly 10 years and haven't found any need to renew elsewhere. The premium is roughly the same every year and fortunately I have never had to make a claim for my property or my contents. I like it when the renewal documents are posted to me and I also get an email reminder shortly before.”

“Really great and comprehensive service - needed to speak with them and I was able to converse with a real live person who knew what they were doing - a far cry from my previous insurer and a major reason why I chose Homeprotect - hope that I don’t need to speak with them again but how reassuring to know that they are at the end of the phone!”

“I’ve had a great experience using the homeprotect website. The layout is clean and easy to navigate, making it simple to compare policies and get a quote. The information provided is clear and helpful, and the application process was straightforward. Customer service was responsive and answered my questions quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that some details about coverage options could be explained a bit more clearly upfront. “I was panicking as needed to insure an empty house quickly on a Saturday and wanted yo speak to a human. Not an easy thing these days, and people of a certain age much prefer this. I was lucky I spoke to a lovely chap and he sorted my insurance out and I even got my insurance sent in a hard copy I prefer that. So highly recommended this company.”

“My original House Insurance company renewal quote was nearly a 50% increase in premium. So I had a look around for a new quote. Homeprotect was amongst the lowest quotes and the online form filling was easy and straight forward. Same goes for accessing the new policy on their website.”

“The whole process was as simple as it gets. The form/questions are very comprehensive and easy to follow. Overall a very good experience and what was a total bonus was the cost. Very competitive, giving additional features not offered at the same price and in many cases far lower.”

“So far so good. The policy has just started and hopefully I won't need to make a claim. As previously reviewed, I had good experience purchasing insurance from AXA Homeprotect. Needed to use the Chat facility to ask questions and make some on-the-fly changes to the quote which worked really well. Saved over 20% on same quote thanks to Discounts for Teachers website as my wife is a teacher.”
