“Everything was first class apart from the chat thing I found it very frustrating, a spoken conversation would have been so much better quicker. Would have saved me pulling my hair out, I'm bald now”

“Never had to make a claim so cannot comment on that aspect of company. Sent renewal notice promptly. However I did ask for a hard copy to be sent to me. Young lady said she would but never received it”
