“THE CAR INSURANCE OPTIONS DISCUSSED WITH THE TWO STAFF MEMBERS ON SEPERATE OCCASIONS WERE DETAILED AND THOROUGH.I LIKED THE TIME TAKEN TO HELP ME THROUGH THE RENEWAL PROCESS AS I HAVE BEEN WITH GROVE AND DEAN A NUMBER OF YEARS.VERY FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF FIRST CLASS SERVICE.”

“We have been insured with Grove and Dean for a number of years , never had any issues even when we had to make a claim. They dealt with the repair company direct and everything was sorted . My only complaint was they did not have recommended repairers so we had to find our own and as it was for a motorhome they are not that easy to find.”

“The employee who rang me back was very helpful, and got the documents to me very quickly be email. I phoned because the app would not allow me to view my policy documents, and the web portal did not have the documents either. I think the app needs updating, and the web portal needs looking at.”
