“Been insured with them for years but the price increase for my next year of car insurance was too high, phoned to query this and the attitude of the staff member I spoke to was awful. Didn’t try to keep me as a customer although I’ve been insured with this company for five years no claims. Understandably prices are increasing everywhere but I didn’t appreciate the manner in which I was spoken to. Seems they don’t actually care about customer service.”

“Used the online service to insure my motorcycle. The wbesite was user friendly and the process very straight forward. The price was very competetive especially since it included breakdown cover as well! Good communication thorughout and the availibility of an App on the phone to access your documents is a great bonus. Hopefully will never have to use their service, but confident they will deliver should the need arise. Would definitely recommend.”
