“I have been insured through G&D for 5 years now and although I have never made a claim they have been both helpful and competitive each year. Each year I look for a better quote but do not find one. There are cheaper quotes for my classic x19 but none include all the extras that they include, I would recommend them to anybody with a classic to insure.”

“For many years I have been a happy customer with Grove and Dean. This year that changed, they were impossible to get hold off preferring to use email comms rather than speak to me and inaccurate in their docmentation. Whether its a change in policy to be less available prefering elecronic comms or whether its a more coprporate approach to customers I have been left feeling like a number not a customer and my years of loyalty just does not count.”

“I found it very difficult to get through by phone to the company after I was insured and often had to spend up to an hour waiting to get through. Not very helpful when I had to make a change and although minor insisted on taking payment.”
