“Realy easy to get insured online ,straightforward questions , follow up call too and even asked me about auto renewal which I’ve never been asked before they are realy annoying when they do that without being asked”

“Very difficult to actually get in touch with a person to speak to. Waited on the phone for over 4hours at different times, attempting to contact. (Approx 45 mins per call to no avail):”
