“When you can finally get to speak to real person the service is quite good but waiting 30 minutes to speak to an agent detracts from the good service you get when being dealt with.”

“Excellent.friendly helpfull people. Only been with grove and dean couple of yrs.and changed my classic car a couple if times. They have transfered policy to another vehicle without any fuss.and within 5 mins.. so ive no intention if searching fir anither classic insurer..cis this firm are trouble free and easy to deal with.. what more can i say..Mark Astley”
