Would have given more stars, but the new policy started on the 8th of the month and they took the full payment, with no warning I have to say, a week early. Seemingly no care about customers finances.

Under our Terms & Conditions we take payment up to 7 days prior to renewal date to ensure a smooth renewal process. Should any issue (such as expired cards etc) are raised, this time frame allows us to correct these. Surprised that on first renewal of my policy my monthly payment was increased by more than £30 without any change of circumstances

Would appreciate proper quote on renewal instead of phoning to get almost £50discount.They should quote the best price not inflated hoping that the easy pick will pay inflated price,.Not thinking of customer only their profits.

Was insured with this company for two years, no claims, no issues, found much cheaper insurance and cancelled my policy, thats when i was bombarded with emails about missed payments and charges being added, thankfully someone listened to me eventually but it was a very frustrating time

Really expensive to transfer a van. Guy was just blah blah blah tough ain't it attitude.

The original policy they sold me was not suitable for my needs, it had very limited European cover. I had to cancel it and take out another policy with them which then resulted in increased costs. Originally I picked the cheapest quote but have learned my lesson, you must insist on full details of the cover provided before buying. I also had great difficulty in getting proof of no claims from my previous Spanish insurer and received no help what so ever from Grove & Dean. Altogether an experience I will not be repeating with them.

Found them poor in correspondence not helpful on phone had a poor attitude to customer service. I will not be renewing my insurance with them when it expires.

I phoned them up to change my number plate my the policy and they wanted £45 to make any changes to the policy. I was not very happy and I will NOT be renewing my policy with them again.
