“Have been very happy for last three years , but a little disappointed with an extra charge being taken from credit card where it seemed there had been no explanation or notice. Have been informed by G@D that an email notice was sent before the charge was taken but unable to see this in either inbox or spam.
I would have liked the credit card to have been removed from their system so any charges would have to be authorised in person and a more informed decision can be made.
At the moment unlikely that I would use or recommend Grove and Dean in the future.”

“I have insured my classic with Grove and Dean for a few years now. Premiums are good, renewals and discussions surrounding changes are very positive with pleasant and helpful agents over the phone. Fortunately I have no need for claims support, but feel sure that they will be efficient.”
“Process was trouble free online, good extras on the policy.
Only issue, like with all insurance companies this year is the the 40 % increase in the policy price ?
It's like were all being stung / punished because of the Range Rover theft issue and the realisation that Electric vehicles are costing more to repair or write off than first thought ?
Normal customers driving cheaper, older vehicles, who are trouble free and claim free for years on end, shouldn't be punished in their wallets because of other people's choices, mistakes !”
