“Very easy to use from the first phone call to when the receiver lorry dropped me home with the bike and then they phoned me to make sure I had got home safe 😀”

“I asked for a guaranteed valuation. I filled the form in once on the internet, once on an email sent by yourself and now you’ve sent me a paper form to fill out. All very good if you’ve got access to a colour printer. I’ve given up. Thanks for making it complicated.”

“Easy to deal with and have installed app on phone which is handy for contacts if you need help. Only small issue was being asked to provide photo that I had a garage after getting policy! Not a big issue but first time I’ve ever been asked for that.”
