“Worst customer support i have EVER recieved - messed me around for THREE weeks upon a crash leaving me without a car when i was meant to start a new job. Wrote a complaint which has also been blatently ignored, upon trying to change factors on my policy today i was completely ignored by the assitant who had a 'i cant be arsed' attitude. If you're a young women do not use this company - they wont take you seriously :-)”

“might have been the cheapest insurance at the time of purchase. BUT BE WARNED! they charge £50 for change of address. and dont give a refund for early cancelation of policy when the car was sold”
