“It was reasonably priced but it was a bit complicated having to download everything. Hav only just took it out so I hope everything will b quite smoth”

“Firstly by providing affordable cover for learner driver and also providing the flexibility to add a temporary driver ( daughter at Uni) for up to 30 days a maximum of 3 times over the duration of the policy. Jo :)”

“After replying to an email about the renewal of my policy on the same day, saying I do not wish to renew I was still charged the direct debit for the insurance also after calling about this I will told I could not have my money back for 3-5 days.”

“Changed mind one day after taking out policy to be charged£45 admin fee. Which is disgusting as i did all the work filling in online. Daylight robbery!”

“It is surprise to hear International licence is cheaper than UK to insure ? My wife's detailes passed as "International'. They asked additional £200 to change to UK licence. I cancelled the policy, but lost £45 -"admin fee".”

“Ok - so I have to send some documents I get that. Click the link it goes somewhere (not sure where). Click the link again and you have to register. Try to register and the link goes somewhere (not sure where). Finally get registered and I get a message telling me I have to open an email (I'm still waiting) and follow a link to activate my account. Yup you guessed it. 7 tabs open and my log in has failed. Lost the will to live (and I can hear the family having fun downstairs) this website will not define me.”

“Not good. Very poor customer service. No one ever seems to know anything when I call and no one cares about taking care of clients. No organisation and isn't run professionally. I'm disappointed as I went with them because the price was competitive and supposedly run by women, but now I wish I would have gone with a more reputable company.”

“Was very happy to find a reasonably priced insurance for my 17 year old daughter to be added to my policy. My only query was that the quote had increased slightly from when I searched it - not enough to worry about but I would have expected that the quote be held the same as it was until the date it specified.”

“My current insurer would not insure my 17 year old provisional licence holder daughter on my insurance. No problems with Go Girl; reasonable price bought on line following a couple of phone calls to Go Girl who answered the phone within a couple of seconds and were able to answer my queries with clarification. My only disappointment is that the quote I had been sent 3 weeks prior to purchasing the policy had changed (increased) and when I queried this they said that the quotes change on a daily basis (this has not been my experience of other companies who honour quotes).”
