Terrible service. Will never deal with this company again. Called several times and twice waited for over 20 min for someone to respond but no luck, had to hang up. Finally got a response after several calls and they were not very helpful. They are cheap but they make their money charging you additional premiums once you are locked in.

All if this is lies. I got into an accident a day ago and the number provided for this insurance does not work they just refer you to write a claim report on the website and they still have not responded to me. This insurance company might be cheap and easy but when you get in trouble they don’t help you. It feels like a scam

Customer services appalling my son been trying to get through to them for 3 days after finishing work at 14.00 to make a payment after direct debit failed but they don't answer phones, been waiting on hold over an hour each day, always says technical difficulties if try and pay through on line account, 6 more days like this and they will cancel it and charge him more

I applied a new car insurence just 5 days before unfortunately i couldn't buy that car so i tried to contact Go girl custemer service to refund my money but no response. Very poor service.

I had insurance with you for two years, i thought i was on automatic renewal until my no claims letter arrived in which it stated that the policy had lapsed. i contacted you to see if i could pay to renew , i was told it would need requoting which i could do on line my insurance previously had been around £1600 annually i was amazed to receive a new price of £9774.00 i rang to query this only to be told prices have gone up absolutely disgraceful treatment of a customer , AVOID

I wish I could give you a zero or less rather than 1. I unsure my daughters car last Thursday and have recieved a confirmation e mail and a new insurance policy. However my daughter has been arrested tonight for no insurance. She has spent 3 hours in a police station 30 miles from where she was stopped. She suffers with anxiety and had a panic attack and stopped breathing . A paramedic had to be called out and because shes 18 the police couldn't tell me where she was. I gave all her documents that I have downloaded from your portal. So why is she showing as uninsured. Don't touch this company there a joke.

This has unfortunately caused a delay in vehicles showing as insured on the MID Database. I am experiencing an unprofessional and unreasonable experience with this insurance company. No response over more than a month and all telephone lines are not working as well no one is bothered to respond to emails. A simple message saying they are facing technical fault and that too in a technologically advanced country for many weeks at stretch. Beware before you get any policy from this company

Technical issues, paid initial deposit then tried to create account, can’t, website has been saying they are having technical issues for weeks which is totally unacceptable, cannot view or try to change anything online, shocking they have had issues for so long

Absolutely awful service, cancelled my policy a day after taking it out and suffered a cancellation fee of £45 just to change, received no notification to say my cancellation had been done nor did online indicate the cancellation had worked so need to continue contacting and chasing them to sort

Impossible to talk to a human over the phone. On hold for 7 minutes then cut off, then on hold for over 30 minutes until I finally gave up. Have sent an email so let's hope a prompt response from them that way.

Frustrating Experience with GoGirl Insurance I cannot stress enough how disappointing my experience with GoGirl Insurance has been. I wholeheartedly do not recommend their services. Dealing with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. One of the most infuriating aspects of GoGirl Insurance is their customer service. Waiting endlessly in line on a call, only to never actually connect with a representative, is beyond frustrating. Even resorting to email communication doesn’t improve the situation. Every response I received was generic, lacking any real solution to my issues. It felt like my concerns were falling on deaf ears. To add insult to injury, the exorbitant bills I received were for things that could have been easily resolved with proper communication. If only I had been able to speak to a customer care representative, these issues could have been avoided altogether. Instead, I found myself burdened with unnecessary expenses that could have been prevented with a little customer support. In summary, unless you have an abundance of money and time to throw down the drain, I highly advise against choosing GoGirl Insurance. Their lack of effective communication and unhelpful customer service make them a company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and look for an insurance provider that values their customers and provides the service they promise.

Ive been trying to cancel my insurance since Friday 6th Oct. Phone isn't answered, email reply is automated - no call back, no human reply whatsoever. And the web site doesnt work properly due to 'technical difficulties'. I no longer have to car but cant cancel the insurance. So maddening.

The claims line goes to a company called Sabre and after going through all the options the line go dead and then they cut you off Lol
