“Our policy wording was changed to expand the exclusions clause AFTER we took out the policy. We were not advised that "commuting" was expanded to include travel to education. I am sure this is poor practice and the change would negatively affect many policy holders.”

“Customer service experience is truly shocking. I spent over half an hour this morning advising the administrator that I needed to declare a windscreen claim from 3 years ago - I had forgotten about it when taking out the two polices I have with Go Girl. This is the second time I've contacted them in the last week and when you eventually get through to someone, they have clearly employed the cheapest people they can - in my day they would have been referred to as the YTS trainee. Competitive pricing, yes, but god help me if I need to make a claim.”

“Received a renewal quote at £840. Price for new business on CTM for exactly the same risk was £770. I emailed you with these details asking if you wanting to do the renewal at that price and save your CTM fee. Response I got was - no thanks we don't "rate match". So firstly it's very disappointing that you have no reward for loyalty charging 10% more for the same risk and then not understanding that I was trying to be helpful.
Nothing wrong with the new business rate - still the best in the market.”
