“Have used them for some years now as I have had young drivers on my policy and have found them to be competitive although other companies are now catching up with them on price.
Have not had to claim yet (hopefully will not either), so cannot comment on their claim handling team and do not know what they would be like - so cannot give them top marks yet. Are however expensive if you have to change anything on the policy so watch out for that, and hope you do not have to change anything during the life of the policy.”

“Can't speak about any experience with claims, but having just joined Go Girl as my insurance, found filling in the forms and the experience of this to be fairly easy. Aware it's the same company as Drive Smart (which requires a black box), but thought it'd be easier to go with this, albeit being a little more expensive. Hope for good things from this insurance company!”
“Just hope you never have to claim from this bunch. Totally disjointed (customer services won't talk to claims), no one knows anything about the policy. They immediately fobbed us off to some other organisation "to save you having to make a claim" and then will do nothing except give your number to some slimeball Ambulance Chasers who have called us five times so far even though we have told them not to call. I am never using Go Girl again. This is just what you don't need when you are already hurt and in shock after an accident.”
