“Was good when it came to a claim but when I changed my address after moving I had to pay £200 where my family members who belong to different insurance companies could do it for free. So ridiculous! The staff on the phone where rude about it and we're not helpful in the slightest. Give you a good rate but catch you on stupid little things like info alterations!”

“Found checking details for quote confusing and system slow to respond - people included on insurance quote not all on one page which resulted in one person being on quote twice and another missed. When we called to correct information, staff were disinterested, and appeared tired/bored. We were given option of cancelling policy for £49 or correcting details for £52. Either choice of these prices added to the original quote brought us over what other companies had quoted us. Very disappointed.”
