Received a renewal quote at £840. Price for new business on CTM for exactly the same risk was £770. I emailed you with these details asking if you wanting to do the renewal at that price and save your CTM fee. Response I got was - no thanks we don't "rate match". So firstly it's very disappointing that you have no reward for loyalty charging 10% more for the same risk and then not understanding that I was trying to be helpful.
Nothing wrong with the new business rate - still the best in the market.
