Just hope you never have to claim from this bunch. Totally disjointed (customer services won't talk to claims), no one knows anything about the policy. They immediately fobbed us off to some other organisation "to save you having to make a claim" and then will do nothing except give your number to some slimeball Ambulance Chasers who have called us five times so far even though we have told them not to call. I am never using Go Girl again. This is just what you don't need when you are already hurt and in shock after an accident.

Car delivery date was brought forward 5 days from the original insurance quote start date so requested the insurance start date to change. Telephoned the help desk and they said I would need to pay almost 25% (over £100) more in policy fees. Sounds like a scam to me !

Well not a great start, submitted an online application which didn't record my data correctly so when policy was set up it was wrong. I called to change it and paid the fee, only when the communication came through did it mention a service charge of £25.00, called back and was told it was too bad I had to pay it. I'm in my cancellation period but to cancel would cost me £45. ! A rip off, I'm out of pocket because of thei poor system. I'll keep the plan but will post on here weekly with poor reviews to highlight the disgraceful hidden charges and won't be renewing.

Initially a great price iver my policy i had to add a driver which took 4 days to do when asked for immediately. Changing address (to a safer area) increased my policy by over 200 (the rest of my families reduced). We kept getting two different stories. Would not recommend anyone go with them all they want is money.

My daughter had a bloke run out in front of her on a service road and hit the side of her car, yeep not the front, the side. the bloke tryed taking it to court but his solicitor advised him to drop it as he would not win, he was left to pick up all the charges, my question to GoGirl is this, why have you robbed my daughter of her 2 years no claims discount when it was clearly not her fault. not only did you cause her mental stress throughout it all with a solicitor putting her down every time she phoned but now you have the audacity to thieve her 2 years no claims which has put £200 on her new insurance. I want answers...

Profit mongers ! Did not want to help me out and offer a service ! I'm very disappointed with them I wouldn't reccomend them to anyone as they are out to make profit not look after the publics interest !

I was given a quote for £1,815 for my son then he had a call stating that it will increase by £5,000 as the policy was for a provisional licence which was ridiculous. I was then informed that there was no refund as the policy was cancelled after the cooling period. The call was made to my son after the cooling period therefore this insurance company is a thief and are deceiving young drivers. All documentation stated the insurance was for a full licence therefore this is just daylight robbery. I will now be taking this matter up with the ombudsman.

We decided to put my daughter on our insurance as she was learning and had been for 6 months, Don,t expect to not pay for it, So ££££. Then great stuff she passed her test brilliant, So again don't expect to not pay for it, so ££££. Now because she has left school & is attending college. NOW I do not expect to pay for that. It bad enough for youngsters to get insurance without putting as many obstacles as possible in there way, & also trying to make near impossible for parents to pay for it. These comments are not (although it doesn't look like it) about the money. ITS PRINCIPLE.......... P.S. She is now insured elsewhere & you could have had our custom for years to come but never never again.

Have a policy supplied my no claims but still getting asked questions about the no claims. What is that about??? Been driving for years got 9 yrs no claims have never been asked such questions

applied for my insurance online originally to start on the 12th.when i bought the car we decided we could pick it up on the 9th but our mistake didnt change on insurance.realised straight away phoned go girl up.there reply no problem 29.75 admin charges extra. i say is that how you treat new customers!!! p.s wonder if i will renew next year

Absolutely disgusting company paid monthly premiums then in final 28 days asking for check codes then trying to deniy me my no claims what I have earn I will not be leaving it at that poor quality

Terrible customer services charged £280 to change address.. told the manager on the phone when the policy ended I would never insure a car with them again. Yet when the policy ended the automatically renewed it and took money with out authority from my bank even though I allready had a new policy. 2 hours of phone calls being bullied saying that on my recorded call saying I will never insure a car with you company ever again and they was a bunch of crooks ect when the policy ends I want you to end it IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH BECAUSE I DID NOT USE THE WORDS I DO NOT WANT TO RENEW. Never heard of something so crooked clearly don't care about customer satisfaction very very unhappy with my whole experience don't insure your vehicle with this company definitely will do anything to charge you more money for petty little things !!

Trying to get a quote - after pages and pages of questions, all I got was a message saying "Sorry we are unable to give you a quote". Didn't give any indication of why - never had any claims on car insurance, driven for over 20 years. Would be helpful if they had said why!

I took a quote and checked all info before I bought the policy, when the docs came through by email the info came through that a named driver was a provisional, when in fact I had entered that they had a full clench. I called them and they said I could cancel the policy, they then deducted £45 for their mistake and told me that it was mine. How do we k is that they are doing this to random customers to generate extra income. The customer service response is not professional a all, looking to the Omdurman if not sorted, be careful with this company.

Disgusted by their interdepartmental communication. Go Girl have so little communication between departments that I wonder some times if they are even in the same country. My partner has had to phone three times to three different departments so allow me to speak on her behalf. I tried phoning today regarding an open claim to which I was greeted by a cocky man telling me that he can only speak to my partner, even though I was the one who put the claim in, on her behalf (as she works long hours). I told him that she has phoned several departments telling them that I can speak for her, but obviously I did not know that their lack of communication between departments was so bad. So I guess my partner has to use up her dinner break now to tell, YET ANOTHER department, that I can speak on her behalf. Heaven forbid that they actually phone their colleagues. This is not a company, just a LOAD of departments that are not even connected.
