dont respond on emails , call centre will keep you waiting for at least 30 mins everytime try and call. The website is very basic and so you cant actually self help to do what you need to to address the query unlike other providers. I would rather pay more and get a better service provider. my insurance statement was incorrect and Ive spent weeks trying to amend to ensure I am covered. would not recommend”
