“Cannot get through to customer service to ask a question about my policy. Just on hold forever. Emailed instead and got an automatic email back saying responses were delayed due to the bank holiday. It is 19th June today - there has not been a bank holiday for 3 weeks.”

“Impossible to contact customer services when you need to make amendments to your policy been on hold for over 6 hours over two days!! Yet if you need to make a change you’re meant to tell them immediately. Emailed customer services and you get an automated response saying someone will respond in 72 hours consequently when changing our vehicle we have had to take our temp insurance costing us double!”
