Run Run ! is all con! I applied honestly online and paid the price applied as an named driver in other vehicles. After cooling time an advisor rang me to say that my NCD was not valid and had to pay another £ 177 on top of the premium paid. Fuming I emailed them twice and got this email. Why waited for a month and then ask for MORE? GG_logos_Round3-02Email Good afternoon Unfortunately we cannot accept this proof of no claims bonus as named drivers are not entitled to any no claims bonus, only policy holders can earn no claims bonuses. Should you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us on 01306747500. Yours sincerely Sanja Roskanovic Go Girl I have been driving for more that 10 years and my NCD seems to disappear for some reason. Be warned is all con.

Very poor customer service. I insured my vehicle with them a couple of weeks before my insurance with another company expired and they happily took my money then told me they couldn't insure me as I was still insured with the other company and confessed they knew this when they took my money. They then refused to change the start date and said I would have to e-mail to cancel my policy and would take £45 anyway! Disgraceful. I will never insure with Go Girl again. They cannot be trusted

When I was hit in the rear by a third party. My car was written off. The third party insurer dealt with it all. However when taking to go girl they gave me no option to keep my insurance on hold they just said I have to cancel it as I I had no car. Plus not knowing how long it would take to get a new car i lost my policy and the 5 months of my first year no claims build up. So I had to start again plus a massive deposit due to only driving since the previous September.

(Car Insurance) -
I too wish i could give a lower rating. Staff are downright rude, they are inflexible and difficult to deal with. I decided to forfeit £45 rather than pay them £25 to amend my policy with something that was disclosed from the outset. Its odd that they don't disclose the £45 fee if you cancel within the 14 day cooling off period until after they have your money. Lesson learnt. Pay a little more for better customer service. Stay away from this company.

Apparently i contacted my bank telling them not to submit my direct debit payment. Contacted the bank and was told that the payment was never requested in the first place, they suggested getting them to resubmit the pyment and trying it again.. Told Go girl what my bank had said and they stated we do no do resubmissions, we will only accept payment over the phone. Then i was warned that because the payment had 'failed' i was being charged £20. So i had to pay for a payment that had never even been requested i will not be going with go girl insurance next time round! can't wait to renew

Customer service is poor, this insurance company is a joke. Pay the extra to go else where and get the service you deserve.

What a load of rubbish! I used this company when I first passed my driving test (2013) and they were great throughout. It wasn't until the end when I said I would not be renewing as I have found insurance cheaper elsewhere - they were rude and were not bothered in the slightest that they lost a customer. I then went to Diamond and they have been okay but only quoted me £20 less when it came to renewing so have gone back to Go Girl as this was the cheapest on a comparison site. Really wary to do it but while trying to save for a house, need to try to save monies elsewhere! I have been insured for 2 days with them and I am not happy in the slightest!! I had someone reverse into my car last year and I never went through any insurance company and did this privately to get fixed. Since I had told them that, they have now lumped me with £130 on top of the insurance which apparently includes a £25 admin fee to change my details?! I have emailed them to complain but they just don't seem bothered. I was with them when this "accident" happened and have told them to check their records as I did not claim. Really unimpressed and have told them that once this year is over, I'm done! Would rather pay slightly more to go with a company who are decent and treat people with respect and not like the mud on the bottom of their shoes!

STAY AWAY. There's a reason we feel wary of going with insurers that aren't big names. This company is a scam, they will withhold or take your money for the most spurious reasons. Here's my experience: I had a policy out with you with my previous car that I acquired through my mum's company car allowance via her job. It was a 6 month lease and to insure it cost me over £800, which I paid for upfront when I took out the policy. I phoned last week when I received my new car (the 6 months was up), and was initially told it would cost an extra £500+ to change the car on the policy. This, as over half of what I had already paid for 12 months, was unacceptable to me and I was told that after a discussion with the underwriters someone would get back to me before 10:30 am the next day. I received no phone call and so had to chase things up myself, it was then that I was told that in fact the car was uninsurable. The reason for which was given as the lease on the car only being for 6 months. As you can imagine I found this pretty ridiculous because the last car on my policy was also a 6 month lease. When I said this I was told that that shouldn't have been allowed to happen. So, someone somewhere made a mistake when I initially took out the policy and several have been made since. I was told as the car was uninsurable I would need to cancel my policy- an inconvenience, but okay. I asked when I could expect to receive the half of the £800+ that I paid when I took out the insurance (as it was a 12 month policy and I had only had my car for 6 months) where I was informed I could only expect to receive £200 back. This I found a disgrace but I was on a train at the time so said not to take any action for now as I would need to speak to someone else the next day. When I phoned back, I spoke to first a member of inbound staff who repeated the same thing to me, and then a manager who was similarly unhelpful. I think it is outrageous that they feel it is acceptable to take £200+ of my money for no justifiable reason whatsoever. I understand I cancelled my policy early but that had never been my intention, it was THEM who told me they would not insure my new car- for the reason that it was a 6 month lease. Which had been the case with my previous car... laughable! I feel this is discriminatory against people paying annually in full, and encourages people to pay unnecessary interest for fear of ludicrous withholding of money already paid upfront in the event that they need to cancel. I am a student and do not have money to spare- as I am sure no one does. If you want what you pay for and don't want to give your money away- pick a different insurer!

I insured my daughters car with these people almost 12 months ago, although they are GoGirl the insurer behind them is Sabre. Having been an Insurance Broker for 30 years I was reasonably happy with the insurer - The people at GoGirl, absolutely useless, appalling customer service, to the point that some of the people that I have had the misfortune of dealing with are clearly not that intelligent, and quite rude. Forget asking questions by email, one sentence answers that don't answer the question in any case. Moving my daughter to a proper insurer. Overall - Wouldn't bother.

Worst insurance company I have ever been with they have now cancelled my insurance and are trying to charge me for the rest of the year which I will not be paying. Every single advisor I have ever spoken to has been very rude and spoken down to me , the only reason I went with this company was because they were so much cheaper than others but I have ended up paying more in late payment fees because they don't take the money out on the date they arranged. Now paying more a month with a different company but don't have to deal with the constant emails and phone calls and rude staff in this company so it's well worth the extra money! 0 stars from me !

Worst customer service i have ever been provided with. After having a licence 2 year i received my cheapest quote for my second year with go girl. Everything was straight forward and the policy was taken out over the internet from a comparison site. Unfortunately, 9 months into the policy my car was written off by a third party driver. The police were called to the scene and an incident report number was provided. I phoned GO GIRL and gave them everything they asked for (more than once or even twice). Everything seemed to be rolling quite quickly then i heard nothing. I phoned them to chase them up 6 weeks after the accident. They said they had still not received the police report and because they had valued by car lower than my excess I would not receive the value of my car. They told me that actually despite the fact the third party had admitted liability at the scene that it would be up to me to pay the excess and any other costs occurred through storage and removal of my car. After arguing this matter and taking things into my own hands (through contact with the police, Citizens Advice and the third party the insurance company changed their tune and said they wouldn't finalise anything but it could be up to another 6 weeks before anything happens. It is now 2 months since my accident and I am still waiting to see any money for my car. Infact I have since forked out to buy a new car and pay the £25 admin fee to insure it as it was cheaper to pay the fee than cancel my policy. I couldn't even begin to describe the anger, tears and frustration this insurance company have caused me.

Wish I could give zero stars. I found these on a price comparison website and really regretting handing over my deposit. My first clue should have been when I called about the policy and they said they don't discuss new policies over the phone. I went ahead anyway and paid my deposit. I have come to find out that my start date was pushed over wrongly (3 days out) by the price comparison website. I called them and they wanted a £25 admin fee and a £6 premium increase to start the cover 3 days early. I was told by one person that it could be spread over the 12 months and told by another it had to be paid upfront since the policy hadn't started. I asked them about cancelling and they said it would be a £45 cancellation fee. Hang on a sec, didn't they tell me the policy hadn't started yet. I argued this with them and they didn't see my point. Apparently, since the documents had been issued the policy was live - 3 DAYS EARLIER THAN WHAT IT SAYS ON THE DOCUMENTS. This company has really awful customer service. They talk down to you and are downright rude - perhaps why they sell policies online only! Also, make sure if the policy holder needs someone to call on their behalf that they jump through hoops to get that person authorised. They will only accept email from the email address on the account - a but dumb. They also require copies of your photocard - front and back, paper counterpart and NCB. The NCB I can understand. Not sure why the others. This is just a cowboy - or cowgirl, if you will - company. Avoid these at all costs. I wish I never paid them any money. Truly awful in every sense of the word. If one person does not buy because of this review, then it would have been worth it. Wish I had seen a review before hand.
