I too wish i could give a lower rating. Staff are downright rude, they are inflexible and difficult to deal with.
I decided to forfeit £45 rather than pay them £25 to amend my policy with something that was disclosed from the outset.
Its odd that they don't disclose the £45 fee if you cancel within the 14 day cooling off period until after they have your money.
Lesson learnt. Pay a little more for better customer service.
Stay away from this company.
