“I ordered the item and had a reply to book via the Web. Although this didn't work the booking process was smooth and within 72 hours of ordering I could have the item. Unfortunately I had to cancel my shock to be greeted with 'sorry to hear that let's get that refunded' was immense. A great service and will reorder asap”

“The website is very easy to use and the pictures are very clear. The gate arrived within the 7 days as promised. I haven't fitted it yet but it seems very sturdy and there are good, clear instructions on how to attach the fixings.”
