“"Friendly and helpful. Took my order over the phone as I do not like to order on line. When my husband phoned you on the delivery day, the assistant was very quick to phone your delivery firm about our concern and rang back immediately to inform us of the delay. She also rang us again before she left work. Unfortunately, delivery did not take place until 6.30pm. The delivery people could have phoned us to let us know they would be late, but didn't. That was the only grievance."”

“Outstanding quality, best online pricing and simple online ordering. only gripe (hence 4 stars), no option to choose delivery date or notification that i would be contacted in the coming days to arrange delivery. “I was disappointed with the delivery time and due to this cancelled my order. However they did credit me in time. But was also not happy with their delivery choice which put me in a difficult situation. However they did recompense me for the return package so overall okay.”

“I needed to get my order delivered to my daughter-in-law at a different address to mine, but on a day when she could be home from work. The customer services were very helpful, explaining to me that I would get a call from the couriers before the delivery, and I would be able to arrange a delivery day to suit everyone. This worked perfectly well, and my daughter-in-law was thrilled with the Archway.”

“The potato fork ordered was delivered quicker than expected and my husband is very pleased with the quality. They are the best thing for all the windfall apples and he had broken the handle of his old one! I shall see what else I can get him from you!”
