“Great customer service! 2 years ago I bought a Palram Olympia Patio Cover from Garden Street which I’ve been very pleased with. Firstly I received a phone call to arrange a delivery, which was nice, and I remember it arriving promptly (I can’t remember exactly, but I think few days) Two of the roof panels arrived with a bit of damage, which was a small packaging error but they replaced them very quickly - a couple days. 2 years after my order I contacted then as I,ve been trying to find a particular bolt they use and they replied saying they would contact the supplier. Today I received the bolts free of charge. Very pleased with product and particularly Garden Street costumer service!”

“Bought a Palram Essence 8ftX12ft greenhouse. Had an initial telephone query which was answered promptly and thoroughly. Bought it on line which was a really easy process. Greenhouse was delivered very quickly. Good company and product - now need to buy more Palram accessories to fill my greenhouse!”

“Web order process easy, delivery swift & efficient. Gate looks great and is solid quality. Only gripe was that the plastic sheet wrapping was all stuck together, so took almost as long to unwrap as it did to hang it! (in the piddling rain! :-)”

“Just finished our 3x3 grey patio over and it looks the bee knees. So simple to put together. In fact we spent over 1.5 hours just drilling the holes. Our house has very tough bricks it seem.”

“Bought Palram Harmony Greenhouse, staging bundle, Automated vent arm and Anchoring kit/ Green Street by far the best prices, great range of accessories and delivery was brilliant- ordered at the weekend was delivered Tuesday- website so easy to navigate and the can’t fault anything. Garden street will be my go to site from now on”

“Was delighted to find this furniture at such a good price. Went for the brown and love the interwoven tones. Quality of cushions look great but due to rubbish weather haven’t had chance to try them. All the furniture was well packaged and delivery timings were accurate and helpful. One small point is the furniture is very light and in these winds it’s blowing off the decking! Roll on summer.....”

“This company were probably the best company I've ever ordered from. My order was fulfilled quickly and I was kept informed at every stage until the moment of delivery. I had a query late on Friday night and didn't expect a reply until Monday but they got straight back to me within the hour,. I can highly recommend this company and I'll return every time for my gardening needs !”
