Alas still having issues with this after 28 days. Customer service not very helpful. They never actually call back when they say. Really disappointed in the product and the service.

I cannot comment on the quality of my garden bench as it has not yet arrived, although payment has been taken from my bank. I have waited far too long for delivery!

I haven't received my goods yet, yet I'm being asked to leave a review?? All I can say so far is that the 5-10 day wait for my goods is more than 10 days.

Still awaiting a return telephone call advising where our item is. Still awaiting our item or any indication when it will be delivered. Will not be using this company again and do not recommend them. Keep your money or go elsewhere for your goods. Very shoddy service to say the least.

I'm only giving the company 1star because I had to select value. I ordered my product on the 22nd March....as I type it is the 2nd May and my product is still yet to be delivered. Communication by this company is extremely poor because I've had to chase them up (rather than them updating me as to my product - nearly £500 worth - whereabout). I've just tried to contact them and all their lines are going to voicemail. Will I use this company again?! - I highly doubt.

I am extremely disappointed with my shed. The purchase process was fine and the shed arrived when it was supposed to and the delivery driver was also fine. However, the shed was delivered without any Perspex for the windows then right in front of my eyes a piece of timber fell off one of the panels as it was moved. I annotated the delivery note to say the Perspex was missing and phoned customer services to report it who said they would have it shipped out immediately and over a week later I still have no Perspex. Then, when constructing the shed I found the following problems: 1. The floor of very poor quality as the supports all run in one direction with no noggins in between meaning no matter how good your base is the floor will always sag. Therefore there are numerous gaps between the walls and floor. 2. The roofing felt is also of poor quality, the top of 2 of the rolls was completely stuck together therefore when rolled out along the roof it ripped every time it was rolled. 3. One of the timbers used to attach the felt to the frame on the eave was very badly split therefore looks awful. 4. The felt nails are actually too short to be useful. 5. The hasp used to lock the door is extremely poor quality; it can easily be bent to get a screwdriver behind and remove. 6. The frame is constructed of very thin and very soft timber therefore even with pilot holes drilled the screws often split the timber. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing a shed here. Very poor quality shed and over a week later it is neither secure or weather tight.

I believe it come with wrong parts and also the instruction I got was for a different shed. Not please at all

Very poor delivery with deadlines being missed by days and no explanations or communications from Garden Street or DX delivery which missed many of the promised/stated/arranged 'deadlines'. Appalling lack of communication from Garden Street despite customer ringing reaptedly nor any subsequent offer of compensation.

ordered water barrel on 25/3 and many phone calls still waiting for a delivery as at 14/4.2019 very disappointed.

Ordered an arbor but no delivery. Latest news is they don't know where the arbor is. Cancelled the order as three times having to chase the delivery is enough. I suggest to change the delivery company to a more reliable one.

Very unhappy with the level of service. Order became lost in the system and only processed once I emailed to ask where it was. Item arrived two weeks late. Once the item did arrive, it was damaged. For a £150 item, I was refunded £15 for the inconvenience. Complete lack of empathy and customer care.

Ordered a wheelbarrow, got an order confirmation email and then nothing for 8 days. Phoned twice, was told a couple delivery dates, no email from the dispatch, nothing. Was told that if it didn’t arrive on those two dates I could get a refund. Needless to say, it didn’t arrive and so called after the weekend to get my refund. I think the service was appalling and I certainly wouldn’t order from Garden Street again.

Ordered 2 wheel bull barrow, still not recurved after 2w. Upon chasing company could only tell me the item should have been comming direct from supplier, when they called me back they advised it had been dispatched (couldn’t say when) but has been lost A replacement was offered but I requested a refund

After 2 weeks, I am still waiting for the missing parts to arrive. Phoned twice, greeted very well on both occasions, but still no parts. As such, the shed is incomplete and therefore useless. I have to arranged for the tradesman to come back and complete at an additional charge. Whilst I accept these things happen, and the issue lies with the supplier & its chosen courier, my contract of goods is with Garden Street. Contract of sale will be terminated, and GS can arrange for the collection.

I ordered fencing and was advised that it would be delivered by Friday 15th June. I now find that I have been lied to as the fence post supplier hasn't even shipped them, having not been aware of the delivery requirement. I still don't have a delivery date for the fence panels! Would I use them again, definitely not! I would never recommend them either

We had terrible experience with this company. 3 times sending wrong parts , wrong address. 2 weeks already can’t sort out a simple swing chair order. Unbelievable! Check out how we are swinging for the last 14 days.
