“I am absolutely delighted with my purchase.. ordering online was so easy.. and delivery was very quick.. even though it was a big garden item and pallet delivered… I placed my order on Friday evening .. it was delivered Wednesday morning… which was amazing service! i would definitely recommend and I would buy from here again… thank you so much..”

“Hobby playhouse. Placed order and date for delivery. On the day txt messages re time delivery. Driver Luke lovely. The house is amazing and I got a bargain. It has lovely details to be added once built. Would recommend. I have to say we were short on roofing felt and windows didn't fit which was bit sad”

“I purchased a San Remo sun room ,which i have had so many problems with , the makers Palram Canopia just drag their feet when you need help , it is hard to believe that they are still in business , i do not blame Garden Chic for any of this , they just sell the sun rooms , but when i got in touch with Garden Chic about it they were as helpful as possible , i would buy from Garden Chic again , friendly staff”

“My order was cancelled at the last moment due to garden set not being sent to the courier??, After several phone calls and getting nowhere , I at last got through to a Danielle, who saved the day ,she phoned me back twice as promised and rearranged delivery. Really please with the garden set. Danielle really saved Garden Chic from getting an negative review. The service she gave was brilliant.well-done.”

“Company does not support refunds despite saying so in terms and conditions. Would not have purchased if I knew I couldn’t easily return as needed dimensions to be spot on and upon arrival discovered it won’t fit. I have since purchased a made to measure fence railing and had this installed and am left out of pocket for ones that don’t fit that I now can’t return.”

Hi Hannah, We are sorry you are dissappointed. Your order came directly from the manufacturer and when you decided it wasnt right for you, we tried to help you find a courier to return it with. It is possible to return your items, but because they are large - there are not that many couriers who will carry them & those that do are unfortunately expensive. “I ordered a 850kg bag of ornamental pebbles, however when the delivery company called me to arrange delivery it became clear that they could only deliver it with a pump truck as the bag was on a pallet. I live on a road where the bag could only be delivered to the road or pavement by this method. I needed a hiab delivery and the couriers don’t have a hiab truck. I also explained that there is no info on the buy or pay page about the manner of delivery and if it had been stated it was a pallet delivery I wouldn't have ever bought the item. When I asked Gardenchic for a refund they told me they would have to withhold £60 to get the pebbles back to them. I didn’t accept this and 5 days later I’m still waiting for my refund.”

Dear David, Thank you for your review. Our website clearly states that all pallet deliveries are 'kerb side' drops. We are sorry that you did not see this. The info does appear in more than one place. If you had cancelled your delivery prior to it being despached, there would have been no issue. However, unfortunately you did not and only did so when it was out for delivery which has resulted in a carrier charge. Nonetheless, we tried to support you and advised that we would attempt to negotiate down the failed delivery fee for you. You advised us that you were not interested and if we did not refund you in full immediately, you would leave bad reviews everywhere for us. This is sadly one of them. We always look to support our customers and sought to find a compromise or some middle ground with you. It is dissappointing that we were not able to do so. You were refunded 100% in full by us. kind Regards GardenChic

“Ordered an extendible hedge trimmer, usually £179 but on offer at Garden Chic for £109. Now that's worth a try (or is it too good to be true)?. Received an order confirmation but no early receipt. Waited a couple of days but no other communication then, out of the blue, hedge trimmer arrives. What a relief! I had thought it may have been a scam. End result is I now own a top class trimmer plus 40% off and from a reputable Company. I would suggest that an early emailed receipt would be reassuring.”
