“Atrocious delivery and poor customer service I ordered and paid for a mini greenhouse and was quoted 3-4 weeks. After 7 weeks and having to chase Garden Chic nearly on a daily basis I still haven’t received my order. I have just been informed that delivery will be at least a further 3-4weeks, so by my calculation this will take me to 12 weeks and counting. Garden Chic are not proactive I have to contact them all the time. They are good at apologising but extremely inept at delivering the goods. For anyone who hopes to get their items and start to enjoy them don’t bother to go to Garden Chic”

“Ordered a petrol lawnmower off their site 6 days ago. Delivery was advertised as 3-5 days. I have yet to receive my product, or hear any update since my original purchase date.”

“I am absolutely delighted with my purchase.. ordering online was so easy.. and delivery was very quick.. even though it was a big garden item and pallet delivered… I placed my order on Friday evening .. it was delivered Wednesday morning… which was amazing service! i would definitely recommend and I would buy from here again… thank you so much..”

“Company does not support refunds despite saying so in terms and conditions. Would not have purchased if I knew I couldn’t easily return as needed dimensions to be spot on and upon arrival discovered it won’t fit. I have since purchased a made to measure fence railing and had this installed and am left out of pocket for ones that don’t fit that I now can’t return.”

Hi Hannah, We are sorry you are dissappointed. Your order came directly from the manufacturer and when you decided it wasnt right for you, we tried to help you find a courier to return it with. It is possible to return your items, but because they are large - there are not that many couriers who will carry them & those that do are unfortunately expensive. Returning your items via a pallet network is currently getting progressed with you. Kind Regards GardenChic

“We ordered a rowlinson Alderley rattan garden storage bench in grey. Customer service was excellent spoke to Danielle, and she was so helpful with delivery, tracking etc. arrived a day earlier than specified. What more do you want. Excellent company garden chic, do order from them. 5 stars for them.. the stars Won't work.”

“I ordered a Vitavia greenhouse just before the apocalypse and had a price match honoured and although the delivery was delayed by 3 months (COVID) Delighted with greenhouse and price I paid. (Delivery was direct from manufacturers) Garden Chic staff responded fast to all my messages and mails and kept me updated as best they could during crisis. I would use this company again. Thanks Guys :-)”

“Fantastic customer service. Went above and beyond to make sure the garden furniture was going to be available while we are in lockdown. Furniture even arrived much sooner than quoted. I cannot fault the whole experience. Our new Maze Rattan furniture is such good quality. Thank you”
