“Fabulous!! Delivery arrived as planned. Delivery driver was also so helpful, and placed where I needed it. Well made and good quality products. Thank you also to the team at the company office who I spoke to before placing my order, who were helpful and courteous and answered the questions I had before my purchase.”

“After the carrier "lost my order" I spoke to Garden Chic direct, and within 24hrs, not only had they sorted a replacement, they had got it delivered. Can't recommend Garden Chic enough. A first class supplier with customer service beyond comparison.”

“I placed this order on the Sunday afternoon and received my delivery on the following Tuesday, superb service. The Product is very well engineered with good substantial materials.I have looked at many other similar swings before i bought this particular one. The assemble was very straight forward and would not hesitate to recommend this 3 seater garden swing.”

“Hobby playhouse. Placed order and date for delivery. On the day txt messages re time delivery. Driver Luke lovely. The house is amazing and I got a bargain. It has lovely details to be added once built. Would recommend. I have to say we were short on roofing felt and windows didn't fit which was bit sad”

“I purchased a San Remo sun room ,which i have had so many problems with , the makers Palram Canopia just drag their feet when you need help , it is hard to believe that they are still in business , i do not blame Garden Chic for any of this , they just sell the sun rooms , but when i got in touch with Garden Chic about it they were as helpful as possible , i would buy from Garden Chic again , friendly staff”

“My order was cancelled at the last moment due to garden set not being sent to the courier??, After several phone calls and getting nowhere , I at last got through to a Danielle, who saved the day ,she phoned me back twice as promised and rearranged delivery. Really please with the garden set. Danielle really saved Garden Chic from getting an negative review. The service she gave was brilliant.well-done.”
