“I normally do not give any ratings after purchasing products.However I can not this time,as I have ordered specific measurements and different design for my fence.Company has been very helpful and communicated with me and manufacturer in a very effective efficient and professional manner.I could not thank enough Danielle who was a main key organising all peculliar details regarding time frame of product being made to delivery etc.Also I have been given a discount due to NHS blue light card,so what not to like.:)))Great finish of product,best looking fence in whole street.”

“Bought the 3m by 6m Gazebo with sides and it is perfect. It is of really good quality and considering its size it is relatively easy to put up and dismantle. Excellent service by Garden Chic, item was delivered before we expected it to be.”

“We ordered a rowlinson Alderley rattan garden storage bench in grey. Customer service was excellent spoke to Danielle, and she was so helpful with delivery, tracking etc. arrived a day earlier than specified. What more do you want. Excellent company garden chic, do order from them. 5 stars for them.. the stars Won't work.”

“It was a very quick & efficient service & also the cheapest. I ordered my item on the Monday expecting it to take 5-7 working days. It actually arrived on the Wednesday, after only taking a few days. I received a text message on the morning of delivery with the estimated time & was also able to track where the order actually was & how many stops it was away. I am very pleased with it & will definitely shop with Garden Chic again if the need arises.”

“Excellent service from the very helpful Danielle at this company. The bench I’d ordered was out of stock but they were helpful in ordering an alternative. Very pleased with the Ascalon ‘Avalon’ metal bench, an attractive distressed blue/rust finish that doesn’t look too twee. Decorative rather than designed for comfort but would be fine to sit on for a quick coffee or G&T ! Looks great under a window in front garden surrounded by pots.”

“My 3 day delivery took 12 days, the outdoor dining set was advertised as hardwood, it's not. Infact if I had viewed this setting in store I would not have purchased it. The table top was scratched on unpacking it. I will never buy furniture online again.”

“Flimsy poor quality plastic & poor quality metal that can easily be bent with fingers. Dreadful instructions, ruined an entire Sunday trying to put the thing together. Holes not in right places, nothing fit together properly & no floor. Barely worth £150 but charged £350 for this piece of low-quality rubbish. Never buying from them again. Not happy at all! Overcharged & probably won't survive the next storm.”
