“Delivery arrived in good time sadly there were some pieces missing which was slightly annoying”

“Ordered an air walker to try and build up my exercise since I have just retired, which arrived promptly. After using it for about five times the left hand foot plate became detached and my left foot ended up on the floor along with the foot plate. It was just luck that I wasn't injured. Advised customer service who said a refund would be in my account within 3-5working days. That was on the 25th of November and I am still waiting on my refund.”

“One of the main reasons we ordered from Garden Chic was the free delivery and "white glove" assembly on delivery offer. The bench took a few weeks to arrive but nothing outrageous, however there was no tracking or delivery estimate given, meaning I was unable to plan for receipt. On a random Wednesday I come home to the bench fully assembled.. on my front porch. Of course there was no way of getting it to the rear garden without fully disassembling it and reassembly once through the house. The inconvenience could have been avoided with better (or any) communication giving an estimated delivery date or time. All said and done, the item is great. A really well made sturdy bench.”

“Product very nice and exactly what we wanted. However, product Assembly was an absolute pain. Took absolutely ages to build the chairs (lining up the holes with the screws) - and there’d be no way you could build the furniture if you lived on your own.”

“Unfortunately, there is no phone number to call this company. We had an issue with white pebbles delivered in a bulk bag which were covered in mud just below the surface of clean stones. Along with the mud bag was mixed with fragments of purple slate, throughout, shells and many coloured pebbles. Lots of the white pebbles were actually cream and grey and not representative of what we paid for. Having an online conversation and sending photos of our complaint asking for someone from Garden Chic to contact us to discuss issues to this date some 4 days later have not had a phone call or email from them.”

“Needed two people on the ground to carry the panels on delivery.A few of the slats broke away from the panels as they needed to be picked up at each end to keep them intact. The panels are very effective and will look good once in place.”

“Not bad, but unfortunately my wheelbarrow was slightly damaged in transit. Not badly enough to go through the hassle of returning it but still, when you spend over £100 on a wheelbarrow, it'd be nice to get it in pristine condition. The barrow itself is great. Large and sturdy.”

Dear James, thank you for your review. I apologise for the damage that you had with your wheelbarrow. Any damage should always be reported to us such that we can take up the matter with our couriers. We will certainly forward your message to them. As the wheel barrows are delivered assembled and ready to use, they are not easy to package but we get remarkably few damage issues in light of that.

“Bought Green House, delivery and ordering was good, however the quality of the components was lowest possible, hidges and bolts, must be the cheapest you can find, there were a significant number of screws short, and the instructions were awful. Disappointed, in product that for the sake of a few extra pence would be must bettter”
