“I have assembled the gazebo and tried to put the roof on and it is to tight to continue. It started ripping as it seems it doesn’t fit ?! 4x3 outsunny gazebo i literally only just brought this .”

“I had an idea of what I wanted in size and style so I was able to narrow down my choice quickly to Rubicon Shed (6 x 10). Received the product on time. It took me some time to assemble it as I decided to do it at home (a couple of helping hands would have saved substantial time) but I don't mind as the result was fabulous. The shed it very stylish and has lifted up the dark and neglected corner of my garden. While assembling, make sure to follow the instructions properly. I had to redo the coupe of steps due to overlooking the size of screws or position of holding posts.”

“Product was as advertised and at a great price. Missed out on five stars because they were badly let down by the delivery company. I appreciate that this is not entirely their fault but it is part of the experience, and is what I have been asked to review.”

“Experience was great - communications good and delivered when they said. The PALRAM-CANOPIA 6x8 shed is really good. Instructions were clear - needs 2 people - but easy to follow and the shed looks great.”

“I bought a wooden hammock stand that, when delivered, was an utter disgrace. It had was clearly a second that had been poorly patched up to sell. I contacted customer service and it was explained that it was direct from supplier (drop shipped). Garden Chic (Gudrun) did apologise and asked for pics which I sent and to their merit, a replacement item was sent out within 48 hours. The replacement was the product that I'd originally hoped for. It could be that one bad one slipped through the net, although the poor effort to patch it up and repack by the supplier says otherwise. However, the customer service and speed of dealing with the matter by Garden Chic was very good indeed.”

“Great product and quick delivery with a date that I was able to select myself. Excellent customer service throughout. My only issue with the product itself is that the doors were way too big and had to be planed down quite substantially.”

“Order, payment, delivery on the day were professional, efficient and straightforward. I would order furniture again. The reason I have not given 5 stars directly relates to the fact that the delivery window we were given was a whole day, rather than some sort of restricted arrival time slot. This makes planning difficult as we had no locked down delivery date/time when ordering.”
