“Everything went smoothly. I ordered a dog trolley at a very attractive price. It was delivered by Amazon courier within 2 days. Customer service “Danielie” was very supportive and helpful through the gardenchic web chat, when I tried to find tracking number and redeliver the parcel. Fortunately the courier from Amazon texted me that he could deliver it later that day when I’m home. Thank you 😊”

“Absolutely outstanding service. Ordered Saturday afternoon and was delivered Tuesday. Although not erected yet will be very pleased with purchase. Bought to replace existing storm damaged one. Highly recommend :)”

Hi Dorothy, We would like to apologise for the inconvenience suffered. The item that you ordered is not one that we keep in stock at our own warehouses. Instead, it is part of our extended range and gets dispatched directly to you by our supplier, using their own appointed couriers. Your order was processed swiftly and the bench was dispatched within the required timescales in order to get to you within the website stated lead time. We have very few issues with items from this supplier and their couriers, but unfortunately on this occasion the courier lost your bench and it never got to you. To make things worse we were unable to organise for a replacement to be sent, as the bench had then run out of stock. At that point we acted in your best interests and processed a full, immediate refund. Sorry once again Garden Chic

“Excellent service. Good customer service when I telephoned all my questions answered. Ordered garden furniture which was then delivered within 2 days - brilliant. Delivery was excellent. Furniture was well packaged and every item individually wrapped. Great quality furniture which was cheaper than other sites selling exactly the same thing. I was very impressed and would have no hesitation using Garden Chic again or recommending to anyone.”
