“Good website easy to navigate, loads of choice in every section. Found the greenhouse we wanted, it was delivered by the end of the week. Slight twisting of the frame but easily straightened”

“Good communication and price I bought Charles Taylor 3 seater swing chair Only negative I have is the canopy would be better if it had longer ties as difficult to keep secure even in the smallest amount of rain or breeze. Doesn’t give much shade as just sits on top of the frame A deeper canopy would be better”

“Purchased the Churnet Valley two seater arbour at an excellent price. Delivery was timely and efficient. Was partially built and had a minor issue with instructions to complete it, but this was sorted speedily and efficiently with no drama. Excellent service all round.”

“I recently ordered a three seater garden bench which was self assembly and it appears to be very good quality and an extremely competitive price. I dealt with a lady called Danielle on four occasions and cannot remember such brilliant customer service. After placing my order I received the goods within 72 hours. Whilst assembling the bench I had a slight problem with some of the fixings and contacted Danielle to explain what had happened. I received replacement fixings in just under 24 hours. Many many thanks Danielle 10/10”

“Bought a garden bench and am well pleased with the quality of the product. Unfortunately can't say the same for the communication skills of the company, as never had follow up to my email, never had a delivery date or time, and no notification that it had been delivered (as it was early evening) only to find it in my doorway. I suppose that's the problem with running 3 businesses from 1 office.”

“Everything went smoothly. I ordered a dog trolley at a very attractive price. It was delivered by Amazon courier within 2 days. Customer service “Danielie” was very supportive and helpful through the gardenchic web chat, when I tried to find tracking number and redeliver the parcel. Fortunately the courier from Amazon texted me that he could deliver it later that day when I’m home. Thank you 😊”
