“This stroller is brilliant for us. Loads of room for a Patterdale cross. Sturdy. I can walk down the lane at a good pace and let my out for a stroll in the woods. She can see out, got used to it quite quickly. Arrived very quick.”

“Ordered an air walker to try and build up my exercise since I have just retired, which arrived promptly. After using it for about five times the left hand foot plate became detached and my left foot ended up on the floor along with the foot plate. It was just luck that I wasn't injured. Advised customer service who said a refund would be in my account within 3-5working days. That was on the 25th of November and I am still waiting on my refund.”

“I bought a shed and it was put together in June. The pieces did not fit together for a start and we had to freestyle, the window came stained and scratched, after around a month the shed grew mould and the roof has even fallen off. This shed was flimsy, poorly made and rotten.”

Hi Aleaxnda, We are sorry that you are not happy with your Summerhouse and had some issues when assembling it. It is a popular, tried and tested model that's been in the market for many years and came directly to you from a leading British manucturers factory. We had a communication on Sunday 9th June from a Sonia (your Mum?) at the time advising of some issues. We responded Monday 10th June and requested some images showing any issues that we could pass back to the factory in order to try and get things bottomed out. We had a response that these along with some video would be organised and sent across...but we never recieved any further communications until you posted this negaitive review.

“Very pleased with the garden furniture excellent quality and price. The only slight issue was that the delivery men left the products on the drive, and we had to carry them round to our garden we are in our seventies”

“One of the main reasons we ordered from Garden Chic was the free delivery and "white glove" assembly on delivery offer. The bench took a few weeks to arrive but nothing outrageous, however there was no tracking or delivery estimate given, meaning I was unable to plan for receipt. On a random Wednesday I come home to the bench fully assembled.. on my front porch. Of course there was no way of getting it to the rear garden without fully disassembling it and reassembly once through the house. The inconvenience could have been avoided with better (or any) communication giving an estimated delivery date or time. All said and done, the item is great. A really well made sturdy bench.”

“Wouldn’t purchase from this company again / paid around £600 for a rattan table and chairs set when we went to put the table together - the rattan pieces from under the the table to hold it together was coming apart lots and obviously, ruining the look of the item. When we complained they sent the faulty pieces but wrong ones - when we complained again then they told me that our item was discontinued and we need to wrap the rattan back round and glue it….seruously, for an item that is faulty. I don’t expect to fix it myself 😡😡😡”
