““My trip was awful. From start to finish there were constant issues and lack of information regarding extra fees or the schedule ahead of time. The food included were money off vouchers. My items got ruined on a boat tour of the Whitsundays where 30 people were crammed onto a tiny unsafe boat. Was offered £50 compensation for all my stuff being ruined. Personally I would never book a tour again from the amount extra I then had to pay and the lack of any nice accommodation. They also never mentioned that INTRO were actually the ones running the tour not 360.”

“The staff from gap360 have been mostly friendly and helpful. However, I was told that there was availability for a programme, so booked and paid for it, to then be informed that the programme was full. I was then told that the volunteer house was full so have been placed in a different accommodation. I feel that I should have been told this prior to making the booking. Some communication has just been a little blunt and not very clear - considering the programmes aren’t cheap!”

“Travelling with gap360 has honestly changed my life. I started my venture through solo travel using gap360 last July and I’m still using them now and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. They eased me into my now FAVOURITE CHAPTER of life, planning the most perfect trips for me which gave me the confidence to go fully solo. The girls in the office Becca and Aimee are the best and working with them has been a dream. Aimee is super organised and efficient. She made sure I felt well prepared and when I was new to solo travel, guided me through everything to make it as comfortable of a process for me. Becca, is literally one of my favourite people to work with ever. She was the chat advisor I was initially paired with and helped me design my gap year from scratch with the most helpful and exciting suggestions while also keeping costs within my budget. She’s been just as happy and as excited for me throughout, like a friend. She has the best advice and really did coordinate me doing the most unforgettable trips of a lifetime. So grateful. Honestly, a massive thanks to the gap360 team because you guys honestly have changed my whole life. So much love 🧡”

“Kung was an amazing tour guide always being there to help me when I needed help such as recommendations or needing to get taxi. When I had an accident and had to get hospital she was there throughout whole thing and I couldn’t have asked for more. Kung is lovely person and I couldn’t recommend her more for people travelling Thailand.”
