“My trip was awful. From start to finish there were constant issues and lack of information regarding extra fees or the schedule ahead of time. The food included were money off vouchers. My items got ruined on a boat tour of the Whitsundays where 30 people were crammed onto a tiny unsafe boat. Was offered £50 compensation for all my stuff being ruined. Personally I would never book a tour again from the amount extra I then had to pay and the lack of any nice accommodation. They also never mentioned that INTRO were actually the ones running the tour not 360.
